How many LED modules can be connected together?
Most LED modules should not exceed 20 modules in a series to ensure safe operation and proper voltage distribution. If your sign requires more modules, they should be wired in parallel strings from the power supply.
What power supply is needed for LED signage lights?
Most signage LED modules operate on 12V DC power supplies. The size of the power supply depends on the total wattage of the modules used in the sign.
Example:
50 modules × 0.72W = 36W total
A 60W power supply would typically be suitable.
