Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically processed on the same business day.
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
Warranty Assessments
Technical inspections and manufacturer assessments may take up to 30 days.
Refunds
Once approved:
Electronic Transfer: Within 48 hours
Credit Note: Issued immediately

We deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase or original invoice is required
Return must be made within 14 days of purchase
Special-order items are non-returnable
All returns are subject to inspection and approval
Please note:
Non-faulty returns may incur a 15% handling fee
Shipping and courier fees are non-refundable
