- I have a Uniform, Dot-Free Glow – I provide a smooth and continuous bright light with no visible LED dots, that’s why I am ideal for signs, shapes and effect lighting.
- I am so Flexible and I’m Cuttable – I bend around corners, curves and shapes. I can be cut to length as I have specially marked cut-points.
- I am also Waterproof – Although I don’t like to go under the water, I don’t mind a few splashes and little moisture, but I am not that crazy about the sun.

DO’s
Use the Correct 12V Power Supply
Only use a regulated 12V DC power supply that matches the current requirements of your neon flex lights.
Install on a Clean, Dry Surface
Clean the mounting area thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion and secure installation.
Choose Waterproof Versions for Outdoor Use
Use IP65/IP67-rated neon flex for outdoor or damp environments to avoid electrical hazards.
Cut Only at the Marked Cutting Points
Trim the strip only at factory-marked cut points to maintain functionality and safety.
Test the Light Before Final Installation
Power on the neon flex temporarily to confirm brightness, color, and direction before permanently mounting it.
Use Proper Mounting Accessories
Install with appropriate clips, tracks, or aluminum channels to prevent sagging and improve heat dissipation.
DON’Ts
Don’t Power While Coiled
Unroll completely before turning on to prevent overheating or melting the silicone housing.
Don’t Overload the Power Supply
Avoid connecting more length than your power supply can handle — it may overheat or fail.
Don’t Use Non-Waterproof Neon Flex Outdoors
Using indoor-rated lights outside can lead to water damage and shorts.
Don’t Make Sharp Bends or Kinks
Respect the minimum bend radius — tight bending can damage internal circuitry or crack the housing.
Don’t Mix Voltages
Never connect a 12V neon flex to a 24V or 220V supply — it can instantly burn out the LEDs.
Don’t Enclose Without Ventilation
Avoid sealing the neon flex in airtight spaces; it needs airflow to prevent heat buildup.
